Homemade apple sauce.
Apple sauce, Apple and mint sauce, Apple sauce with rosemary and lavender flower, Apple sauce with lemon and piri-piri.
Sweet chilli and orange sauce.
Tangy barbeque sauce ( with or without chilli) Homemade barbeque sauce, with tomatoes and spices cooked for hours until thick and sumptuous.
Spicy red pepper and tomato salsa
Roasted onion and garlic mayonnaise
Picante pineapple and coriander relish made with pineapple, fresh coriander, garlic, relish ingredients and chilli to taste.
Homemade piri-piri sauce made fresh from the chilli's we grow on our farm. It's an exclusive!
Spicy peanut satay sauce. Homemade with a touch of our own spice mix.
A whole pig will feed approximately 100 to 120 people quite happily with enough crackling ( if we don't have our arms twisted too much) to go around. it takes about 6-7 hours to cook and is cooked on site from fresh. we do not cook any meat before we arrive. We will cook a whole pig for you from around 70 people upwards.
Approximately 6-7 kilos and one suckling pig will feed 15/20 people) We can cook four at one time. pricing dependent on amount of pigs cooked.
We can also cook a combination of suckling pig and chicken at the same time- by far the best option for up to 60/70 people
SPIT ROASTED LAMB
We have discovered that legs of lamb cooked on the machine come out fantastic.We can also cook a combination of lamb and chicken if you dont fancy suckling pig.
A whole lamb can be cooked , we can only fit one animal on the machine at once and they feed around 25 people.
SPIT ROASTED CHICKEN
We can fit 35 chickens at one time onto our Fat Pig machine. We season them before cooking with our special Fat Pig seasoning and also supply our homemade piri-piri sauce. Made from our own grown chillis. These cooked chickens are delicious with our own seasoning and cooked until bursting with juices.
SPIT ROASTED CRISPY DUCK
It may sound like we've gone bonkers but duck cooks perfectly on our machine, the skin crisps to perfection.

We are more than happy to adapt any of our options to suit the tastes of you and your guests wherever we can and are also happy to cater for vegetarian guests. Our vegetarian options will change seasonally depending on the best produce available at the time of your party. Please don't hesitate to ask. We use only the freshest and best ingredients for all of our dishes. We choose organic produce when available and grow most of our own culinary herbs, we will use our own organic produce with our buffets when available and subject to our own discretion.
